Jesus says we are to "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength." Following Christ is more than just knowledge of what His word says. Following Christ impacts the way we live each and every day. It's being doers of God's word.

Sometimes life is fun, but sometimes life can be so hard. A lot of us have been tested. A lot of us have gone through trials. Our goal is to help you develop a deep faith and deep relationships with people that can help you get through those storms of life.

The Bible tells us to "Be happy with those who are happy, and weep with those who weep." We celebrate and enjoy God together, but we also want to help you develop relationships so that you can get through those difficult times that God allows to happen in our lives.

We present Biblical principles for living, but we also want you to learn Biblical content. Our Sunday morning messages are given in a systematic fashion to help equip you to understand what God's word says and to follow Christ. Our small groups and studies are targeted to teach children, teens, men, and women in small group fashion so that you can apply the Bible to your lives - so that you can apply what God's word says to you.

We believe that your family is key to developing your child's faith. We can't do that here in one hour a week with your children. We want parents to have the greatest positive impact possible on their children's lives.

That's why we've come up with FamilyNight, so that parents can be involved in their children's spiritual walk - so they can help their children grow in their faith - so they can interact with their children, and leave that legacy of faith behind. We give you the tools to take home during the week, to remind your children of these virtues that they learn every week. It's based on Deuteronomy 6 - so that when they get up, and they lay down, when you're in your car, or when you're sitting down to eat, or going to bed - we give you the tools to reinforce throughout the week what you are called to do as a parent.

You're called to train up your children in the ways of the Lord, so hopefully, when they get older, they will not stray from that. We're here to try to help you do that, because we can't do it in one hour on Sundays.

Church is much more than just meeting on Sunday mornings. Church is people who worship together, pray together, fellowship together and serve together.

Don't expect to be anonymous here at Cornerstone Church. Expect that you'll be known, and you'll be loved, and you'll be supported and you'll be equipped to live a life for Christ.
